My Story
My Scentsy story first began when I received a mini warmer and wax as a birthday gift. I instantly loved the products and I wanted more. At the time I was asked if I would like to join to get my Scentsy discounted, free or half price and also be paid commission on it. I said no. Wrong answer! 😉
I was a teaching assistant in an SEN school. The role was challenging, rewarding and I absolutely loved it. However, I found that the job exacerbated my long-term health condition, and I was unable to continue long term.
So, I looked for an opportunity to work for myself on my own schedule and which would be flexible for my health and family. I joined Scentsy and reduced my hours to part time to try and get a better work life balance. I never imagined that I would be able to give up my job altogether once my business took off and my team grew.
Scentsy has given me freedom, choice, and satisfaction. I have built up a successful little business and it is going from strength to strength. I have continued to grow my customer base and I have found some amazing support in the Scentsy team and leaders. They are always there to support me and cheer me on, I am now aiming to hit my director status within the next couple of months. I have built up a strong team of ladies over the course of my journey and we all work together each month to help us achieve our goals.
I know it is cliché but joining Scentsy really has changed my life and that of my family. I would recommend it to anyone whether it be for a hobby and a little bit of spending money each month or as a brand new career path.
